Carr & Carr is currently seeking a person to answer our phones on Monday through Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at our office at Plaza Santa Cecilia located at 23rd and S. Garnett in Tulsa.

Qualifications:

• Ability to answer a complicated phone system
• Excellent telephone voice
• Good manual dexterity
• Although not required, fluency in Spanish is helpful

Duties:

• Open the office at 5:30 p.m.
• Answer the firm’s phones

 

Carr & Carr is currently seeking a person to answer our phones on Monday through Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at our office at Plaza Santa Cecilia located at 23rd and S. Garnett in Tulsa.

Qualifications:

• Ability to answer a complicated phone system
• Excellent telephone voice

Duties:

• Open the office at 5:30 p.m.
• Answer the firm’s phones
• Forward calls to the appropriate person in the firm
• Make a list of each call, including who called, the reason for the call and to whom the caller wanted to speak
• Close the office at 8:30 p.m.

Personal Characteristics:

• Like people
• Friendly
• Able to handle multiple incoming calls at the same time

Compensation: $10 per hour.
