Dangerous Toys Attorneys
Fort Smith, Arkansas, Tulsa and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Defective Toys
The law requires that toys be safe from unreasonable defects that make them unsafe for children to use. There are many examples of dangerous toys that should never have been marketed to unsuspecting parents and children. Examples include toys with glass parts which can easily break and cut children, infant toys which can come apart into small parts and be swallowed or aspirated, and batteries which can overheat and cause defective toys to catch on fire.
If your child is injured by a dangerous toy, please keep the toy and contact us. We may be able to examine the toy and determine whether you may make a successful claim for the damages it caused.
Traumatic events, such as car wrecks and falls, can cause a variety of injuries to the spine. Click the link to learn about the spine.
