Phillip Votaw manages the Fort Smith and Northwest Arkansas offices. He concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury, including products liability, automobile accidents, premises liability, and insurance law. After graduating from college in 1992, Phillip came to work for Carr & Carr as the firm’s accountant and administrator. In 1999 Phillip graduated from law school. Phillip is married and has three beautiful daughters. Phillip and his family make their home in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. When not working or being with family Phil enjoys competing in triathlons and is currently training for Ironman Florida 2008.
